Dudh Ka saven - दूध का सेवन

Dudh ko ek sampuran ahaar (सम्पूर्ण आहार)  kaha jata hai kyonki dudh me protine, carbo, cailshiyam aur minarals bharpur matra me paye jate hain, jo hamare sharir ke liye behad laabhdayak hain, sabudana hamaare sharir ke emyun sistam ko majbut karne men sahayak hota hai, jisse apka sharir svasth rahtaa hai iska seban krne se body banane me help milti hai.

Sabudana - साबूदाना

Dosto es nuskhe ko taiyaar karne ke liye pahle aadha gilaas dudh me 6 chamach sabudana, swad anusar chini dalakar use achi tarah se mishrit kar lo, or thodi der ke liye use aise hi rakh de, kuch der ke baad taiyar mishran ka sevan kare, 1 mahine tak lagatar aisa karne se apka vajan 14 se 15 kilo tak badh sakta hai or aap hi ek achi personlity pa sakte hain.

Paneer ka sevan - पनीर का सेवन
